TaxOnline is our own invoicing application, designed exclusively around the way our business operates. We did not buy an off-the-shelf program; we created exactly what we need.
One business, four trading names
TaxOnline brings our four different areas of activity together in a single system:
- Panorama Photo Studio — photo shoots, prints, albums and photographic lab services
- PrintForYou — personalised gifts and online orders
- MagicPhotoBooth — photo booth and event services
- SaveTheLove — digital wedding services and a private gallery for guests’ photos
Each trading name retains its own commercial identity, while tax operations remain unified and properly organised.
Legally compliant electronic invoicing
The application supports the issuance of legally compliant documents and their transmission to the Independent Authority for Public Revenue’s myDATA platform through a licensed electronic invoicing provider.
It also integrates with Mellon and Nexi POS terminals. This reduces the need to enter amounts manually, minimises errors and makes service faster.
Mellon and Nexi are payment/POS service providers. Electronic invoicing is carried out through the relevant licensed provider.
No TaxOnline subscription
The application itself has no monthly charge per user, store or trading name. It is our own tool and evolves alongside the real needs of the business.
Separate charges from electronic invoicing providers, banks or POS service providers still apply independently.
Our data remains under our control
Internal operational data is stored on infrastructure controlled by our store and is available only to authorised users. We do not transfer our entire customer database to a generic cloud application without good reason.
Only the information required for the lawful issuance of documents, myDATA reporting and the secure completion of POS payments is transmitted outside the store.
