Since October 2023, the process of issuing public documents has changed radically. At Panorama Studio, as certified professionals, we handle the capture and upload of your photos to the myPhoto.gov.gr platform, strictly following all Greek government specifications.

One Photo Shoot – Multiple Uses for a Full Year

The great advantage of the new system is its duration. Once we photograph you and upload the file to myPhoto, the photo remains available for 1 year. You can use it at any public service you need, without a new visit to the studio or additional costs.

Professional Retouching, So You Look Perfect on Your ID

We know that the photos on our documents follow us for years. At Panorama Studio, we never deliver a raw capture. Every photo goes through discreet, professional retouching in Photoshop before it is uploaded to the system.

Of course, you see your photo on screen and approve it before the final upload!

Our retouching includes:

Expression line softening: We soften signs of fatigue for a more rested look.
Reflection removal: We remove shine and skin reflections caused by flash.
Skin Tone Correction: We balance skin tone for a natural result.
Temporary Blemish Removal: We remove spots, small scratches or marks that are not permanent.
Background Cleanup: We create the pure white or grey background required by law, without shadows.
Digital “Hair Styling”: We tidy stray hairs that may disrupt the outline of the face.
Brightness & Contrast Adjustment: So your features are clear and recognisable by security systems.

The Process at Our Studio

Visit one of our two Panorama locations in Volos. We photograph you, retouch the image in your presence, and upload the photo together with your signature to myPhoto. We then help you link it to your tax ID number (AFM) on gov.gr, so the only thing you need at your appointment with the Police or Regional Authority is the code we provide.
